We’re looking for a candidate with at least one year of experience in program management, fundraising, donor relations, or a related field — ideally in the nonprofit sector.
In this role, you will work closely with our Impact & Development Officer Johanna Rebecca Rübcke and Director Technologies & Impact Magnolia Tovar to help track and communicate the impact of our work, strengthen donor engagement, and support fundraising activities.
Responsibilities:
• Collect and organize impact data from our research and policy advocacy work
• Help translate our impact into compelling updates and materials for donors and funders
• Maintain donor information and support donor communications
• Track funding opportunities, grant applications, and reporting deadlines
• Collaborate with our Communications, Policy, and Technologies teams
- Location: Remote from Europe (80–100% FTE)
- Predominantly home-based, with occasional travel to Amsterdam, Brussels or Remscheid.
