As part of our commitment to transparency and excellence in governance, we commissioned a comprehensive non-profit compliance review conducted by the renowned Hamburg-based law firm and tax advisory Schomerus & Partner mbB. This voluntary review was designed to subject all elements of our work to an additional, independent assessment and to proactively position Future Cleantech Architects among the best-governed organizations. The review took place between May and October 2025. Schomerus, a firm specialized in advising non-profit organizations, was granted full access to all relevant documents – including documentation, handling of donations, bookkeeping, compensation for our team – as well as complete insight into our internal processes. We are publishing the results of this review in the appendix and will continue to rely on such voluntary, additional transparency measures in the future.
