The following privacy policy applies between the applicants of the UNIDO Global Call 2021 and the Future Cleantech Architects gGmbH. Please read it carefully, as it contains important information in connection with the Global Call. In applying for the Global Call, you must agree both to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions and privacy policy, we will not be able to accept your application.
1.1 If you wish to participate in UNIDO Global Call 2021, we will collect, process and use the following data: Mandatory data: Title, first name, last name, position/department, company, street, house number, postcode, city, telephone number, e-mail address. Your data will be collected, processed and used by the FCA for the purpose of processing your application and will also be forwarded in this context to third parties who have been commissioned to carry out the event and who are obliged to comply with the GDPR, in particular the technical and organisational measures pursuant to Art. 32 GDPR.
1.2 You agree to accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy of JotForm.com.
1.3 You hereby agree that your personal registration data (surname, first name, company) will be published online on the UNIDO Global Call website as well as any other websites, including social media, associated with the Global Call should your application be chosen as one of the winners. You can revoke this consent at any time.
1.4 You hereby agree that, should you contact us (e.g. via contact form, e-mail, telephone or via social media), your details will be used to process the contact request, and its handling is processed in accordance with Art. 6 Par. 1 letter b. (within the scope of contractual/pre-contractual relations), Art. 6 para. 1 letter f. (other inquiries) GDPR. User data may be stored in a customer relationship management system (“CRM system”) or comparable inquiry organisation.
1.5 By applying to the Global Call, you agree to receive any e-mails pertaining to your application and participation in the Global Call. You may be contacted by FCA, UNIDO, or any third parties appointed to do so.
